A comprehensive redevelopment of existing social housing, London shopping centre, and vacant brewery. The site in East London will have a substantial subterranean footprint where the brewery once stood. The mixed-use development will bring together residential, office, retail, and a substantial entertainment offering to the basement.

With 50% of the development utilising the old brewery basement, and this having been the original use of the site before a shopping centre, it made sense to run this theme through the branding, connecting the community to the new entertainment offering.
Light and contract are the main themes of the brand. By depicting curious bypassers in the dark with coloured light falling on their faces, they are being lured in by this truly fantastic offering.
